I love, love , Love this book! It has a beauty to it, and its intriguing, funny and clever. I enjoyed following Twitch and what he does throughout the book, from losing his pigeons to meeting an enemy- or is he a friend? I like the idea of a young bird watcher stumbling across a mystery and finding himself swept up in it all! The twists were great, and I couldn't put it down or stop reading it!
It's not inappropriate or scary/freaky - it's just a lovely book that has role models, a bit of light detecting and lots of birds!
