Our Review:
This is such a great series, its action packed and full of adventure and friendship. We think that these books are the way forward, they're not gruesome but they are exciting and funny. You really get a feel for the characters and every time there is a chase or battle your eyes grow wide and you're on the edge of your chair. It is great how Sophie is very cautious at the beginning and then faces her fears at the end. One problem is the way Sienna slots into the books by appearing through a magical portal that a is a bit awkward in comparison to the rest of this plot. Another fault in the storyline is that the amount of description is quite poor and it is not always clear where they are. Nevertheless, this series is a great read. Our overall verdict is that these books are very enchanting and the author has done a good job!
